Blue Ox Malthouse Triticale malt is the primary ingredient, making this a Triticale Wine! Since this isn't a recognized style, we will call it Barlywine-other. The triticale ads a spicy character and complexity you don't have in a barley only barlywine. 6 months in a blackberry brandy barrel give this even more complexity as well as a well rounded character.
