Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Nuts and very woody. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Really nice brew.

My Christmas beer no 29.2012.Hazy brown colour with medium head.Aroma is spicey and tosted with taste of brown sugar and brown bread,sweet with medium body and light finish.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy spicy caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy bready caramel flavor. has a sweetish malty spicy caramel finish.

clear amber, small light brown head. aroma is very spicy, slightly flowry hoppy, flavor is malty, hoppy, a bit boring compared to aroma but still pretty tasty. fruity notes, sugary notes, citrussy hoppy balance.
