5 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Opaque black w/thin cap of head & nice lacing. Aroma is strong sweet malt, chocolate, milder bourbon. Taste is strong sweet malt, chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, bourbon w/mild alcohol. Smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation & finish as taste. Bourbon is a bit strong. Age would likely help.

The Buechel OGs raid the GABF 2023: Poured a pitch black oily, with a brown head. Aroma is boozy, chocolate, malty, coffee espresso. Taste is boozy, toffee, vanilla, chocolate, espresso coffee.
