Tap at brewery. Sweet apple and barley malt aroma. Cloudy yellow-orange color with moderate head and nice lacing. Sweet creamy barley malt flavor with a light hops finish. Very sweet for a Helles but wasn’t over the top. A nice, quaffable beer. Must be better quality control than previously.

Cloudy blond color. What to expect after the disastrous Weizen and Dunkel? Well, I’m lucky because it’s not worse. Still, it has very poor aroma and flavor, the pale memory of a Helles, I can notice away in the distance some malt; there is some sweetness here too, and the bitterness is more balanced, but without qualities. Not good.
