Taster pour on tap at Rare Fog day, 2022--thanks, Steve! Appearance is opaque black with thin cap of beige head with light viscosity and no lacing. Aroma is strong earthy roasted malt and toffee. Taste is strong roasted malt, grape/dark fruit, chocolate. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, not a chocolate bomb which is either good for those who don't want things overly sweet or bad for those who want a decadent treat.
