Can, 2024 vintage. Tangerine aroma with notes of passion fruit, spicy Belgian yeast, coriander, grassy hops, orange and bready malt. Pours cloudy golden colored with a finger of soapy white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with tangerine, passion fruit, coriander and bready malt flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes crisp and dry with spicy Belgian yeast, grassy hops and orange citrus flavors with a hint of funk at the end. Well made saison that will definitely be missed.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, spicy nose with peaches, flowers, herbs, orange, lemon peel and coriander. Fruity, spicy taste with notes of peaches, orange, flowers, coriander, a touch of yeast, soft malt and a gentle floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced saison. Nice one.

375 ml bottle from Tavour. Pale straw color, sparse head, mildly cloudy. Grassy, meadow aroma, light lemon notes. Bready malts, sourdough, Belgian yeast on the taste. Light citrus. Smooth with a nice lingering aftertaste.

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is a big yeast ester with some peaches and oranges. Flavor is very fruity and floral with a nice pepper to give of some herbal essence. Very flavorful and damn near spot on for the style. Maybe a bit more fruity then the Belgian saisons but that is not a complaint.

Bottled September 26th 2017, right on the label of the 11.2 ounce bottle. Their dating system rocks!

Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a 2 finger head of foam to start, shrinks to a fine layer with good lacing.

Smells of Belgian yeast, has notes of white pepper, cloves, coriander, sweet from I presume candi sugar. Nice. Bit of funk.

Cloves, pepper, coriander, candi sugar, hop bitterness, earthy malt, very light with the Brett. Tasty.

Light side of medium bodied, adequate carbonation, fairly dry finish.

This is yummy.
