Bottle from Salling, Aarhus. Clear reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. Soft and full bodied. A very pleasant and drinkable beer for the high ABV. 291112

Bottle, 9.4% @ FOneFan courtesy of DeDolle. Clear dark amber/brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, caramel, little dusty and dark fruits. Flavour is malt, dark fruits, yeast, medium sweet, caramel, toasted, hop, little vinous and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, November 2012. Pours clear amber with a creamy head. Caramel, yeast and dark fruit. Smooth and chewy. Somewhere near between a dark Belgian and German doppelbock. Well brewed.

Amber with a small off-white head. Big and complex aroma of dried fruit, orange peel, dark sugar and bubblegum. Sweet and rich flavour of caramel, dark sugars and dried fruit. Full bodied with low carbonation, really thick. Warming alcohol.

At EB beertasting 2012.My x-mas beer no 19.Dark amber colour wirh white head.Aroma is spicey of x-mas spices and licorice,hit of sugar and tosted malt,also really nice beer.
