On tap at Christian Firtal. Cloudy pale golden with a big, fluffy and lasting head. Hoppy aroma of grapefruit and pine, with brettanomyces funk. Dry and fruity flavour with funky notes of pineapple, earth and minerals. Good bitter finish

Keg at Fanø Meet the Brewer, King William IV. It pours cloudy light golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is citrus pith, brett, light spice, grapefruit, melon, pear, light mould and sweat (or was that just Jack sitting next to me?!). The taste is spice, brett, wood, good bitterness, farmyard, light mould, pith and dough, with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Interesting and very flavoursome for the percentage.
