Balanced orange-goldcolored tripel with a firm mousse-like foam. Malty and fruity nose. Sweet impressions of grains and ripe fruit (banana, peach, exotic fruit). Wholehearted, moderately bitter, slightly spicy. Floral and a touch of sour lemon. Light bitterness in its finish.

Stokhove’s first beer, since 2013, with a thin but stable, off-white head and hazy peach blonde colour. Aroma of orange peel, gingerbread, apple, honey, vanilla; fruity, sweetish, somewhat honeyish taste, caramel, well-rounded palate with light herbal hop bitterness in the finish, perhaps a little bit metallic but not in a disturbing way. Well-balanced but stereotypical tripel.
