Our Signature beer. Brewed to the same recipe in all locations. A very robust Red ale made with Centennial and Cascade hops which lend a spicy finish to the beer. We have brewed more Sharkbite Red ale than any other beer on our menu. Alcohol Varies.

Keg at the Craft. Clear amber beer, little pale tan head. Light palate, a little crisp. Nice minerals. A little creamy malt with cream and toffee. Mild hops - mellow pine. Smooth finish. Not bad, liked it, but really light on hops.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours clear deep amber with a rather small creamy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet and hoppy fresh with caramel, orange peal, grass, pine, sweet dark bread, lemon zest, resinous wood and very subtle hints of vanilla and brown sugar. Taste is sweet and bitter with caramel, plums, orange peal, freshly cut grass, dark grapes, resinous wood, straw, toffee and pine. Mouthfeel is round, oily bitter and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with resinous wood, pine, orange peal, fresh grass and hints of caramel and toffee. Usually not a big fan of amber ale but this is very nice.

On tap at Pizza Port Ocean Beach. Pours with a clear copper-bronze body with a fluffy, off-white head with great lace. Aromas of caramel, fruity, hoppy, bready. Flavors are nutty, floral, fruity, caramel, pine and a bit of citrus. Lively bubbles. Medium dry finish. Decent, and pretty similar to the other Sharkbite beers.

Draught at Tadg’s. Pretty red-amber color with thin, fine lace. Cherry gumball nose with caramel and chocolate, nice light and earthy hops. More citrus hop in the mouth, well balanced, with chocolate, caramel. Very earthy, with nice bitterness. Nice full mouth, with full but mild carbonation. Big bitter finish seemed to get stronger throughout the glass.

Draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen
Red-amber color. The aroma, mild, it’s at the same time nutty and yeasty, with some caramel; light soy sauce. Solid Amber ale, with an accent on toasted nuts. And it also have a strong bitterness. A bit dry in the end.
