Our Signature beer. Brewed to the same recipe in all locations. A very robust Red ale made with Centennial and Cascade hops which lend a spicy finish to the beer. We have brewed more Sharkbite Red ale than any other beer on our menu. Alcohol Varies.

Bottle: Reddish copper pour with a small sandy head. Tastes rich of malts and bread, a little bit of rye. Some citrus and floral tones. Aroma is more sweet and citrus hoppy, a little caramel, and some hints of florals. Lingering floral bitters. Very drinkable ale.

Bottle courtesy of Sammy: Poured a deep amber color ale with a small foamy head with little retention and no lacing. Aroma of deep bitter hops is dominating. Taste is also dominated by some deep bitter hops with some citrus notes and a standard caramel malt taste which is kind of deceiving. Body is full with some medium carbonation. Maybe my expectation was too high based on the brewer reputation but I thought this was pretty standard.

Bottle a gift from Odeed, Thanks Jake! Nose of caramel malt, spices, and dark fruit; deep berry red color with a small beige head; flavor of caramel, some fruitiness, cloves and nutmeg, and a major hop presence. which lasts into the finish!

Slightly hazy red body with a small off-white head. sweet citrus hops aroma with a diacetyl hint. Sweet citrus and floral hop flavor but still some diacetyl in the end. On further analysis, this may just happen to be an infected bottle, but only another rating will determine that.

Tap - It’s a red beer with a significant hops bite. Very nice. Malty aroma and initial taste as it hits the tongue, very tastey hops finish. Light carbonation. Pleasant mouthfeel. Excellent session brew.

Thanks to Lord Gorlock for another fine souvenir of the 2004 World Tour. This pours a deep Copper with hints of red. The head is thick and creamy. Very weak aroma. Some malt and hop character, but thin and somewhat weak overall.
