Pigs Ear. The Long Good Friday teamed up with ChrisO. Opaque black - brown beer. Little pale tan head. Dry palate. Light sweet wood (but no vanilla). Tangy dark malts. A little soft rum. Dried fruits. Again quite subtle barreling from Ascot and again I think it could have been left in the barrel a bit longer. Nice though!
