Imperial stout aged in Taconic bourbon barrels for one year. Medium-full body with rich malty notes of bourbon, bittersweet layers of milk and dark chocolate, light roast coffee, subtle maple, toffee and American oak. Subdued decadence with a touch of residual sweetness on the finish.
