Pale beer made with a mix of Summit, Columbus and New Zealand Southern Cross hops, giving a flavour with lots of citrus, majoring on grapefruit and lemon zest with underlying noble hop character giving depth with an underlying earthiness which complements the citrus. Finished dry with a lingering bitterness which mellows encouraging another sip.

Cask at the Reading Beer Festival 2012. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a fine, white foam head. Light aroma, some pale straw. Light sweet flavor with pale malts and mild, tangy lemon. Light in body with fine carbonation. Mellow sweetness to finish with lasting hay and lemon. A very nice if light golden ale.
