Premium Ale.
A very smooth, full-flavoured premium bitter. An excellent balance of malt, fruit and hops comes through in this rich, chestnut-coloured beer.

Cask, Hoylake Lights. Cloudy, murky brown affair with little in the way of head. Sweetish fruit nโmalt aroma. Reasonably full bodied and chewy. More malt in the flavour which was slightly nutty. OK but no cigar.

Cask at the Three Mariners, Hythe. Copper with a reddish tint and a ring of white head; rich fruity malty aroma; strong bitter-sweet fruity body, reminiscent of home made raspberry jam; a well-balanced bitter finish. An excellent beer.

Cask gravity at SIBA BF, Paddock Wood. Very clear amber, red with thin beige head. Quite a fruity aroma. Lovely aroma, very full in mouth, some really nice fruit salad. Lovely toasty malts. Good. Syrupy malty toasty strong beer.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Nut brown. Aroma of grass and frozen strawberries. Sweet and fruity with rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Pretty simplistic and dominated by strawberry jam.
