Another brew for the opening event so once again we were a little restricted on what we could do in time........

A blend of pale, amber and chocolate malts with New Zealand hops to briing a little pacific zing to the party.

Cask, handpump at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 05.12.11 Pours mid amber with a filmy/lacy white head. Good streaky bitterness throughout, really juicy fruitiness and lovely hops flying about Green Bullet and Northdown hops I understand, I guess that the Green Bullets are showing more here, very decent drop.
