There are few better combinations than apples & cinnamon so we thought why not make a mead showcasing both? Frivolous Endeavor is a mead made with organic wildflower honey, acacia honey, organic apple juice and cinnamon sticks. We fermented apple juice with a white wine yeast with the finished mead having similarities with both cider & white wine. 

Ingredients:  Organic wildflower honey, Acacia honey, organic apple juice, cinnamon, water, yeast, yeast nutrient.
