Marble Arch, Manchester 27 Jan 13. Lys gylden. Lavt tett skum. Teppelacing. God, litt søt grapefruktaroma. Smaken sitron & appelsin. Ikke påtrengende. Litt bitterhet i avslutninga.

Cask at Lady Grey’s, Newcastle. Hazy pale gold, thin white head. Big hop aromas, citrus and spice and resin. Very bitter taste, bit unbalanced. OK

Cask at the Birmingham Beer Festival 2013. Poured a clear straw colour with a bubbly white head. The aroma is big zesty orange citrus marmalade yeast and spicy hops. The flavour is medium bitter with a light bodied palate and a long citrus bitter finish. Looked awful but smelled awesome and tasted just as good. Super refreshing and loads of complex flavours. These guys Rock!

Cask at the old fountain. Pale straw colour with a fleeting white head. Aroma is earthy hop and bready malt. Flavour has light tobacco and tea. More earthy hops. Light body. Very sessionable. Some cereal and light citrus. 6.5 in cask.
Can at home picked up from marble online as a metric pint, 500ml. A 3.9% golden beer. A mostly clear golden yellow straw coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is golden malts, grass, green straw, honey malts, lemon grass.. Nice summery golden ale vibes. Palate is semi crisp, moderate carbonation. Good.

On tap @ Marble Arch. Pours golden with a nicely proportioned head. The nose has the expected grapefruit but with a decent amount of malt too. The taste confirms the nose and perhaps hints at pine. The palate is medium bodied and textured with a long tangy finish. Overall, a good session ale.

Cask, half pint at the brewpub. Yellow-gold body. Low white head. Laces well. Pure hoppy aroma, including scents of grapefruit and lemon. Citric hops in flavour alongside notes of gentle, malty sweetness. Bitter ending. Easy to drink session beer (Manchester, 05.07.2012).
