Keg at William IV. Pale hazy blond colour with white bubbly head. Aroma is weird fruity, bit funky, bit stinky. Lemon element but strange. Taste is lemon sherbert, tangerine, grapefruit, bit biscuity. Nice and drinkable and nice bitter finish.

Keg at the Old Coffee House. It pours hazy golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is pine, farmyard, manure, grapefruit and old-fashioned lemonade. The taste is straw, perfumed, floral, resin, grapefruit, pithy citrus, lemon and some nice bitterness with a dry, resinous finish. Medium body and pretty harsh, prickly carbonation. Decent.

Cask at King William IV, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Big grass nose. Earthy grass flavor, lightly sweet, with toasty pale malts. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty aggressive hops in the finish, like the whole flower stuff. Grassy, with dry grapefruit. Pretty strong grassy hop character throughout, which is nice to a point. Good APA.

Keg at King William IV. Hazy gold beer. Tidy white head. Light crisp palate. Light sherbet on the start. Mild floral notes. Tangerine, whisper of lemon. Finishes with minerally fresh yellow grapefruit. Carbonated sting at the end. Surprised no earth or skunk from the Columbus - but it really doesn’t matter - great flavours. Lemon - grapefruit aftertaste. Lovely!
