Fruity and slightly spicy yeasty aroma, hints of green apple, green apple parings, apple purée, yellow berries, a touch of white pepper. Taste is dry, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, hints of apple, a touch of banana and white pepper, cautious residual sweetness, dry, minimally waxy hoppy finish; minimally overcarbonated.
