Pours clear dark with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and brown sugar. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light bitter with a very sweet and warm finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft,

Bottle. It’s an almost clear one, brown in color and with a dense, finger-thick beige head. The aroma has caramel, some roasted notes and dried fruits, a touch of licorice and some grassy notes. It’s full-bodied, soft and lightly warming, with flavors of roasted malts, caramel and dried fruits. Some spiced hints. Pleasant finish with dried fruits, dark sugar and some spiced notes. Sufficient amounts of bitterness. A pleasant Christmas beer. 121110

Bottle, 10% @ FOneFan. Dark brown/red with small beige head. Aroma is malt, yeast, caramel, toasted and a little toffee. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, candy sugar, sweet, caramel, toasted and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy reddish brown with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet finish with warming alcohol. 101112
