Klar, orange kommt das Kellerpils ins Glas. Der Schaum steht fein und weiss darauf und in die Nase bekommen wir malzig Honignoten und etwas Heu. Der Antrunk ist mild, süffig und die Mitte prickelt sanft, aber bestimmt auf der Zunge. Hinte setzt nach der süßen Malzigkeit, eine leichte Hopfenbittere ein, die das Bier ausgewogen und balanciert in den Gaumen führt.

Vom Fass at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head that stays. Aroma is grass, malts, straw and a little citrus with a bit of weetabix. Taste is grassy citrus, straw. Good carbonation. Decent enough.

draught at the restaurant in Bietigheim-Bissingen. Slightly hazy golden, tall white head. Malty base, quite light-bodied, with good grassy aromatic hops and a lingering hop flavour. Easy-drinking lager.

Draught @ Brauerei zum Rossknecht, Reithausplatz 21, Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany 71634.

Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, fruity. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, malty, hoppy, grass notes. Good balanced beer. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121002]

Draught at the bräuhaus
Described at the brewery as "between a Pils and an Export"

Cloudy deep blond color. It has a good malty aroma. Quite good crispy malt flavor; the body is rounder and sweeter than a regular Hell; there is a good bitterness level but without a clear aroma hop; the brewer plays more with malts than hops. Balanced and tasty. Pleasant stuff.
