Our Saison Ale is brewed with true Belgian style yeast to give it a distinct and fruity character. This medium bodied refreshing beer was brewed with the addition of orange peel and coriander. To give this beer a truly unique west of Ireland flavour profile we added some handpicked Bog Myrtle from the local Peat Bogs. This native West-of-Ireland shrub was used as flavouring for some continental beers before the widespread availability of hops

Draught at Black Sheep. Cloudy orange with a thin head. Aroma of pepper herb. Flavour is fruity spicy grain, really grows in the mouth. Herbal saison pepper finish. This one gets better as you drink it.
