Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, malt sweet. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, hay - grass, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120822]

Bottle: Golden, almost clear, medium-sized stable white head; sweetish nutty-malty nose with a very faint tinge of turpentine; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied but soft; drier grainy-bitter finish. Drinkable, no reason to get excited.....

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a thick and stable foamy white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of cara-malt, accompanied by citrus-fruity and herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Solid (cara-)malty base with subtle fruiy notes and present herbal hops; mildly sweet malty and moderately hop bitter finish. 18.X.10

Bottled@Monks Cafe, Stockholm. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight diacetylic and earthy notes as well. Flavour is much the same with some slight grassy notes to it.

Mild malzig-frischer Antrunk, in dem ein eher grasig schmeckender Hopfen emporkommt. Die Würzigkeit ist nicht stark ausgeprägt aber in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Mit der Zeit wird das Biert etwas malziger, die Frische bleibt erhalten und steht im Abgang alleine. Das Bier ist nicht besonders vielschichtig, schmeckt aber trotzdem ordentlich und ist vor allem sehr süffig. Danke an AUXBURG1986. Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Golden colour, clear, fairly small head. Buttery pop corn aroma. Fairly sweet with rounded mouthfel. Really low on hops with strong buttery flavour. No bitterness. Butter dominates completely.
