Swirlz is a Pineapple Soft Serve IPA. What is a Pineapple Soft Serve IPA, you ask? It's an IPA, loaded with pineapple soft serve ice cream. You probably could have figured out that one! Ever had a Dole Whip? Well, we can't legally compare this beer to that tropical treat, so don't ask us if they taste the same.
We brewed a super lush and juicy IPA with lots of wheat and oats for body, and dry hopped the snot out of it with Mosaic, Citra, HBC 1019, and Eclipse. Then conditioned it on pineapple chunks and pineapple soft serve powder. It's that simple.
Lactose-free, but fun-full, this is a creamy & dreamy treat.
