Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - bright cherry red. No head. As expected. Nose - blackberry, light smoke and pepper. Taste - luscious blackberry and honey on bread. Palate - medium bodied, rich, sweet and lightly tart. Overall - good.

Bottle. Via the online shop. Clear dark red. Nose has hedgerow fruit. Herbal honey. Possibly lavender. Taste is a little sweet, with a nicely balanced dryness. Super easy drinking. Fruity finish. Lovely post Christmas dinner sipper.
