An American Pale Ale that offers a sinfully crisp taste. Cascade, Centennial and Simcoe hops provide fiendishly aromatic pine and citrus flavors.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub with copper body and lasting off white head. It has a pleasing aroma of bitter citrus hops, a mild level of pine hops and a sense of sweet malts. The taste offers up a nice level of maltiness mixing with pine hop resin and then quickly becoming filled with grapefruit hop flavor and growing citrus hop bitterness. This is a full hop forward brew that seems as much an IPA as anything else. I’m fine with that.

Draft. Listed as Devil’s Ale (not Sun Devil’s Ale), but the description is the same. Amber beer with a light cream colored head. Grapefruit and malt aroma. Grapefruit flavor. Medium body. Grapefruit lingers. Hoppier side of an APA.
