A Simnel Cake inspired beer which is a fun take on the traditional Easter fruitcake. Bready amber malt and lactose have been used as part of the complex malt bill to form the base. Dried fruit and zest added to the boil along with almond and apricot flavourings result in a distinctive tasting beer.
