Bomber pours clear amber-ish copper with tan head. The aroma has some roasted malt notes mixing with sweet dark fruity esters such as cherries and prunes. The taste is much the same with modest amounts of roasted malts, grainy malts and a bit of earthiness all blending together along with sweet prunes, dates and cherries. The hops this beer has are well off in the background and provide only snippets of spicy and earthy like hoppiness.
