Bottle pour at their garage turned tasting room, Sept 24. Coarse but steering clear, pale yellow, still. None of their meads are carbonated. Floral, delicate, buttery, not much apple like there would be in chamomile tea. Honey esters are pushed forward, silky feel, a bit of body+, light acid, very slight vanilla, mellow heat, very round & obviously aged. Just amazing. Had two full pours after the tasting.

Taste at the Vino and Notes festival. Hazy, yellow color. Aroma of apple chips, lavender, butterscotch, and almond. Sweet and sugary. Smooth and easy. Beautiful and quality.
