CP&K. Hazy gold beer, tidy off white head, Very mild carbonation. Something of an oddity this one. Lots of hops but muted bitterness. Woody resin with skunk. A whisper of sweet orange underneath. Sweet pale malts - almost caramel. The fruits come out more before the skunky finish - generic tropical fruits. Some alcohol dryness and a little warmth on the swallow. Not a bad beer but misses the DIPA mark in several aspects for me. Ultimately quite drinkable but definitely quirky.

Cask at Cask Pub and Kitchen, Pimlico, London. An amber/dark golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Musty tropical fruit aroma. Tastes quite heavy, bitter, slight tropical fruit and a little unbalanced. I was expecting a wow beer from Arbor but this was far from it.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange with no head. Aroma is mango and bread. Taste has sweet mango to start. Caramel and grapefruit in the finish. Good beer but shame the bottle conditioning hasn’t worked.
