Bottled. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty combined with notes of straw, and so is the flavor.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear golden with a neat, white and lacing head. Medium-bodied with a solid, clean and rather sweet malt base. Very discreet bitterness. But an enjoyable Festbier. 250308

50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Light malt and hops aroma with a mild spice note. Mildly sweet flavoured. Dry and slight cornish flavour following. Light spiced flavour before the finish. Once again with a light sweet flavour in the finish.

Bottle: Golden, lively carbonation, firm, stable white head, grainy-bisquity nose, hops waving through; medium bodied, creamy, smooth MF, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; first grainy, later a light hoppy finish with some subtle fruity traces. Well crafted, pleasant and smooth stuff......

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized, slowly lacing foamy white head. Light-sweet but also biscuity and slightly strawy malty aroma with a touch of lemon and slightly spicy, herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy pale malt character with very subtle fruity notes; slightly sweet, cara-malty and slightly hoppy finish. Fairly balanced and pleasant pale Festbier.
