Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of flowers, caramel, honey, rubber and dried fruit. Pours cloudy amber brown color with thin creamy tan-like head, nice lacing and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet caramel and dried fruit, following is floral, grassy and bready, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Not that bad, but not badass either...

Tap at Eataly in Rome-Italy. Monk cassock color a bit purple, medium ivory foam leaving drafts on the glass. Nose: chestnut honey, roast caramel, ripped red fruit. Mouth: medium-soft carbonation, silky notes of caramel, roast malt, honey. Mouth prevails on the nose. Ok ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Craft Tottenham Court Road. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and mildly crisp. Strong white smoke in the pale malts. Light dried fruits. More white smoke. Light dry crisp finish. Smoky linger. Smoked ambush! This is smoked beer all day long and it’s over cooked.

Hazy red amber color; small creamy head. Mild aroma of cereals. Good mouthfeel, with some flavor of malt, caramel and grains; relatively low bitterness, and some traces of alcohol.
Not bad, but messy.
