På Helsingborgs Bryggeri uppskattar vi ett förstklassigt hantverk utan kompromisser. Den här gången vänder vi oss mot Belgien och en bryggarkultur med veteöl. Doften bär spår av koriander och citrus, men till färgen är den här ofiltrerade drycken en sällsynt rå skönhet – kulören är nästan gräddvit och smaken intensivt fruktig med drag av apelsinskal. Självklart får du ett högt skum, precis som det ska vara. Serveras vid 4 grader. Slå upp 3/4 av flaskan, skaka om det som är kvar. Häll upp och njut. That’s it.

Yellow hazy beer with minimal offwhite head. Hoppy, citrus, yeast aroma with some spices. A bit sweet, citrus and hoppy, peppery flavour.

Bottle 330ml. @ PBF2012.Unclear matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, herbs, spicy, citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, herbs, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120727]

Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, spices, coriander and some wheat. Mild but easy to drink and refreshing. A descent summer beer.
