Cask at the Rake’s ’Cumbrian Beer Festival’. Amber pour with a white head. Citrus and floral aromas with hints of peaches and light herbs. Quite a bitter taste. Light flavours of pear and citrus. Bitter-hop finish.

Bright clear amber beer with a tiny white head. Light and semi dry palate. Low carbonation. Even malt with a little orange hop with a rare minty cool on the back edge of the hop that I have only ever come accross a couple of times before. Finishes semi dry with a hint of hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Interesting!
