Draught @ [ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2012 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear dark black colour with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, light brown to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark roasted, chocolate, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, dark roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20120510]

Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2012. Black with a small tan head. Roasted aroma of licorice and chocolate with a fruity touch. Sweet chocolate and roasted malt flavour with a touch of alcohol. Slightly ashy finish

Draft @ DØE BeerFest 2012. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice aroma with weak hints of smoke. Roasted malty licorice and chocolate flavor with hints of dark fruit. Has a roasted malty chocolate and licorice finish.

Draught.Pitch black colour with creamy beige head.Aroma is rosted and has flavor of caramel and dark chocolate,texture is oily with hint of burnt wood and earth.

DØE. Black with a dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish. Oily and smooth. 100512

Tap @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Black with medium brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee and a little liquorice. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little liquorice, medium sweet, hops and medium bitter.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours black with a small creamy head and lacings. Nose is roast and ashes. Heavy liquorice and roast. Smooth, slick and full bodied with a roasted dry end. Nice.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a huge tan to chocolate brown head. Aroma is roasted, dark malty and light breadish. Thick malty, smooth, light tarish, bitter and smooth dark malty. Creamy thick. Smooth and solid bitter to a dark roasted malty base.

On tap at Ølfestival 2012. Black with a small tan head. This was a solid Imperial Stout with a nice mouth feel. Roasted malt, wood, licorice and some notes of "cocoa".
