Bottle. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is wine grapes, wood, dust, damp cellar. Body is medium, sweet, softly sour, low carbonation, a bit sticky. Fruity but damp and mineralic. Lingering fruit palate, sticky grapes. Quite good.

Bottle at Wiener Bier Fest. Aroma pomegranate, fruity, of course grapes, nice pinkish amber colour. Taste is very nicely balanced, grapes with slight sourness mix so well with the general fruity sweetness. Very good.

750 ml bottle, cellared for about 2 years.
Golden, moderate hazy body, with a big, unstable, frothy, white head.
Aroma of yeast, grapes, green apples and other sweet-sour fruits, honey, spices, earth, bread.
Taste follows this pretty much.
Champagne like mouthfeel, with a sparkling carbonation.
Finishes quite dry, sweet-sour-fruity, slightly bitter.

Interesting, but not my style entirely. Feels much more like a sparkling wine than a beer, with lots of grapes and green fruits, although there are some nice, smooth malts in the background.

(bottle, 75cl) Almost clear, rosé colour with a big but diminishing frothy pink head. Fruit-accented and slightly vinous aroma of apricots, berries and grapes, accompanied by a mildly sugary malty background and traces of glue. Sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly sugary malty and vinous fruity taste with woody notes; moderately sweet and delicately sour-fruity finish. A nice surprise with a fruity complexity. 20.XI.13

Bouteille(BBE 11/12):Almost clear, rosé coloured, big - slightly pinkish - fluffy head that slowly collapses, delicate sourish aroma of grapes over a mild grainy-hoppy background, presumably some yeast and red berries detectable; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied; mainly sweet and a bit sourish-fruity finish, reminding You of a good Pink Champagne, like Bouvet-Ladubay. A fresh and pleasant experience…
