Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, dried fruits, malt and hops.

Bottle 7.2% @ FOneFan, Pre-Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2012. Dark amber with big foamy tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast and dark fruits. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, high carbonation, hop, little sweet and medium bitter.

Bottle @ pre-TFODRBSG, Ulfborg. Hazy dark amber with a big beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and nutty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bittter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 180812

Bottle. A clear-looking, dakr amber beer topped by a small, dense, light beige head. The aroma has some indications of a sneaking infection, but it’s mostly caramel maltyness and also some dried fruits. Pleasant carbonation, full body and pleasantly sweet on the palate. Quite dry in the rather bitter finish. Caramel, bitterness, roasted hints and some alcohol in the flavor. A bit warming in the finish, but in a pleasant way. Overall, a quite pleasant one, but a bit too warming and it seems to be a bit unclean. 120818

33cl bottle bought at AMCA’12 (Madrid). Brown colour with a minimal formation of an off-white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is slightly caramelish and yeasty. Flavour is bittery with a decent final, notes of yeast and caramel are present. Carbonation and body are medium.

Bottle from Zombier, Málaga
Hazy red-amber color; creamy head. Light aroma of caramel and roasted malt. Overly carbonated, which is probably sign of imperfection; some roasted malt flavor, quite dry mouthfeel, and correct bitterness.
Not fully professional, but enjoyable.

Dark red-chestnut, some UFO’s under a fast gone medium yellowish head, leaving rings of lace. Vinous nose with dark bread, winecasks and caramel. Vinous, sweet with the alcohol coming after for insistance. Honey retronasal and milkchocolate to a well-rounded finish. Quite slick, alcoholwarming. Quite acceptable dry, honey is not overpowering, but well present.

Bottled@omhpertasting. Hazy deep amber colour small head. Aroma is mild toasted malts, some leathery notes as well as nuts, bread and some slight caramel malty notes. Flavour is quite similar along with some slight yeastyness and mild notes of wood.

Bottled, from Vino y Compañia, Madrid. Cloudy nut brown, brief head. Almondy nose. Sweet with medium body. Lots of sugar, some spicy hops some dough, Sugary finish with fairly low bitterness, Just too sweet.
