Taster at the Carter Payne. Pours a clear, orange color, with a small, beige head. The nose is apple pie spice, dust, leather, lime peel, and vanilla. Sweet and acidic, with a drying, light tartness. Medium body, with an astringent, sharp palate. This is a mellow and well made sour.
