Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light palate, a little crisp. Smooth malt, just a trace of cream. Nice medium hops - orange and generic citrus. Finishes smooth with a very mild bitter linger. Really hits the spot. Great lager.

On tap at McGillins this past weekend. Light golden straw color with a smallish bone white head. Sweet malty bready aroma with a hint of spicy hops. Light bready honey like sweet malty taste with a hint of tartness to it. Decent pilsner but not nearly as refined or as cleanly fermented as some classic examples.

Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours clear gold with thick, creamy white head. Grassy, fruity and floral hop aroma. A little sweet, and a slightly oily texture. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Quite nice overall.

12oz bottle pours a clear straw gold with some rocky, white head and tons of visible carbonation. Nose is fairly standard, lightly floral, lemon peel, hay. Flavor is the same, light malt, some lemon, flower petals, some grass. Light, crisp finish. Solid pils from a brewery that can be hit or miss.

33cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours golden with lazy bubbles and not much head. The nose has honey and nuts. The taste has more honey and nuts with a raddichio leaf finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with a lovely long dry finish. Overall, a really good example of a pils.

355ml bottle from the Romsey Beer Emporium. Amber with a loose white head; Saaz hop aroma; sweet cereal grain body; and some spritzy bitterness before a rather metallic finish. Not bad, but nothing more.

Bottle at JF tasting, cheers James - 29/12/12. Clear light golden with a very thin white head which clears straight to the edge. Nose is pale malt, grain, light citrus. Taste follows, pale malt, citrus, very light background hops. Medium bodied with light spritzy carbonation, touch of bitterness in the finish. Very average.

Bottled@chriso. Yellowish golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, wooden and also has some mild floral notes. Flavour is bready malts, fruity and floral with some slight grassyness in the finish. Rather untypical pils.
