Bottle 330ml.Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, butter, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, toffee, sweet fudge - butter, thin brown sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120908]

Bottle @ Food Festival, Aarhus. Clear dark reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, grainy and buttery. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 080912

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a clear amber with a tiny, rough off-white head. Rustic caramellish aroma. Medium body, close to flat, caramellish with a heavy metal note. Hardly any bitterness. Sloppy. 100912

Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. MOderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavpor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Deasent.

Copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel and biscuit, with a touch of fruit. Dry toffee flavour with a grainy note and a hint of pear.
