can pours light amber with a medium off white head. Aroma is big citrus and pine hops with nutty malts. Flavor is rich caramel and toast with a nice finish of citrus rind and pine hops that are fairly assertive and highly flavorful. An excellent IPA.

Poured up on tap at the Tempe Four Peaks with clear deep gold body and off white head. The aroma offers up a nice load of grapefruit like citrus hops as well as mild sweet malts and a sense of buttered popcorn. The taste is pleasingly hop forward with very bitter grapefruit hops and orange rind and these are only mildly sweetened by a thin layer of malts and a sense of butterscotch. To midway the malt sweetness fades leaving the full flavored bitter citrus hops completely exposed to the elements and your palate. Is the buttered popcorn a sign the yeast is getting tired?

Clear golden orange with a white head. Lightly sweet aroma with powerful citrus hops. Clean, crisp mouth. Citrus, grapefruit, bright fruits, light sweet malts, and some pine in the flavor. Nice bitter finish. Really nice IPA.

Sample from draft. Best beer (of 8) we tried that day. Golden color, scant head and lacing. Decent hoppy bitterness. Medium body. Drinkable. 3.0 Second tasting was at the Main Ingredient, and was slightly more tasty than I remember it, with a nicer aroma.

Bottle shared at the RBSG Grand Tasting by nbutler11. Pours a clear copper color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bitter hops, resin and citrus. The taste is bitter citrus and resiny hop notes and toffee. Nice local IPA from Arizona. Thanks for the taste.

Draught at the brewpub
Deep blond color; creamy head. Very nice aroma, citrusy hops. Smooth body, moderate malt and toffee flavor, getting drier at the end; strong bitterness, resiny and citrusy. Good.

Draught. Marks for Appearance are an average, as beer was sampled in weak artificial light after dark. Very light citrussy-fruity nose, light vanilla. Restrained hopflavour, rather neutral, non-sweet malts, little touch of some (sweeter) spirit. Medium bodied, light creamy texture. Another good IPA, with a rather restrained hopcharacter.
