Solenna pairs the fruitiness of a traditional Belgian yeast strain with the subtle spicy character of Brettanomyces and the floral notes of German hops. Notes of candy apple, cinnamon, and fresh-cut grass give way to a dry finish and firm lingering bitterness.

Bottle 750ml.[ Courtesy of Forgetfu ]. Unclear matt medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, orange - citrus, light leather. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, yeasty, soapy - sharp notes, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle thanks to Dallas. Thanks man! Pours a clear copper color with a large foamy white head. The aroma is big caramel and a dry vinous woody note. The flavor similarly is a nice mix of a caramel malt, some earthy fruits, white wine with a bit of tartness and dry funk. Very drinkable and tasty. Good.

Tap @ brewery. Pours an amber orange appearance with a cream colored head and good lacing. Fairly herbal hoppy, a bit funky, spicy, light fruity aroma. Quite floral and earthy hoppy flavor with some grass, light fruit, and a light tanginess. Ok.
