Das Wiesener Pils erfreut im Glas mit einer strohgelben Farbe, goldenen Reflexen am Glasrand, einem feinporigen, schneeweißen Schaum sowie fein aufsteigenden Kohlensäureblasen.
Das Bier wird dominiert von feinwürzigen Hopfenaromen, die von zartblumigen, sowie leicht grasigen und einem Hauch citrusartiger Töne untermalt werden.
Eingebettet sind diese Aromen in zarte Malznoten, die sich nicht nur in der Nase sondern auch im feinen Trunk wiederfinden.

Aroma is somewhat light and rather typical to a pils with butter, hints of grassy hops and hay. Flavour has grassy hops, some grainy malt and hints of butter. Typical pils with no big flaws.

Malzig-herber Antrunk, etwas säuerlich und bitter. Im Mittelteil nur wenig hopfig, weiter leicht bitter und herb. Zum Abgang etwas malzig werdend, mild, im Abgang selber grasig-hopfig. Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,8,9,9,8 - 8,30

Bottle: Clear, golden coloured, quite stable mid-sized white head; sweet pale malt and noble hops in the nose; solid, clean bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF, malty base detectable; lingering solid, but soft sweet-bitter finish. Excellent semi-bohemian Pilsener.............

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blonde foamy head of medium size. Discreet aroma: slightly sweet and grainy malty nose with a touch of biscuits and slightly spicy, slightly herbal hops in the background. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft malty, slightly grainy base with herbal hops upfront; soft malty and moderately bitter herbal hoppy finish. A decent German Pils (02.05.08).
