Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ The Danish Summer Gathering, TFODRBSG12, Ulfborg.Clear light to medium yellow amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, malt, wood, earth, light. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet wood, earthy, dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120818]

Bottle, at TFODRBSG-12. A hazy, amber beer with a small, beige head. Rather spiced nose, with some fruityness, peach and melon. Almost mocha-ish or licorice-ish. Unusual, but quite nice. The flavor is pretty much the same, some bitterness showing up in the end. Medium body, semi-dry. Certainly an unusual beer, but I find it intersting, tasteful and moreish. 120818
