Dark brown color, small beige head. Toffee (fudge) and vanilla in the nose, raisiny. Full-bodied. Lots of vanilla and fudge. Raisiny, dark fruity flavors. Just enough alcohol. Very delicious beer. Great!

Canned at PBF. Hazy amber/copper, minimal head. Strong vanilla/bourbon aroma. Mid sweet wtih full body and rouinded mouthfeel. Caramel supports the heavyn bourbon character. Warming finish where alcohol lies under the surface and bitterness is balanced.

Sampled from the tap at 2011 FOBAB. Poured a near clear deep amber with a light brown yellowish head that lasted throughout the beer. Aroma had a good amount of bourbon backed by sweet grains and toffee. Flavor had more toffee that had a nice amount of bourbon and a hint of underlying sweet grains.
