Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart vinegar aroma with hints of cherry. Fruity sour tart cherry flavor. Has a fruity sour funky cherry finish.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2012. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, cherries, sour and tart. Flavour is malt, fruit, cherries, acetone, sour, tart and a little sweet.

Draught at CBC.Hazy amber colour with no head.Aroma of acetone and vinagar,dusty and dry mouthfeels and heavy sour and bitter taste,feels unbalanced and to sour for me.

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of acetone, brettanomyces, and cherries. The flavor is sour with notes of acetone, vinegar, and cherries, leading to a very sour finish.

On tap at CBC, Copenhagen. From the Struise mobile dispenser - cracking! Hazy amber beer, little off white head. Dry crisp palate. Very very sour and sharp beer. Extremely tart cherry with acid vinegar. Waaaaay too much for me!

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pours hazy dark golden with a small light pink head. Aroma of cherry, oak, vinegar. Taste is very sour, sour tart cherries and vinegar. Thin body, low ccarbonation. Very sour and not that drinkable beer. 110512

[5/11/12] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Hazy deep orange. Aroma of apple vinegar, some cherries and a bit of oak. Very sour flavor with vinegar and a bit of cherries. Medium-bodied. Too much vinegar but still alright.
