33cl bottle from a Co-Op in Geneva. A murky straw coloured pour with a creamy white head; aroma of yeast, orange and coriander; soft and grainy in the mouth, with a short lasting banana and clove taste. A pleasant witbier, but lacking the intensity of its Belgian and German cousins.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Yoo. Clear deep golden color with small creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, lemon and yeast. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, quickly dominated by citric, wheaty and yeasty acidity, spicy mouthfeel ad moderate grassy bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Good, but a bit too sour...

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Rotem. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of bread, yeast, banana and a bit of cardboard hints. Sweetish flavor with banana, a bit of bubblegum, yeast and a slightly spicy finish. Rather light-bodied. Not great, but quite refreshing. Feels more like a Hefeweizen than a Belgian Wit.

Soft and smooth witbier from Swiss origin. Not very special, but nice to drink on an Alpine summer day.
