Denna lageröl i bockstil är framtagen till firandet av vårt 15-årsjubileum 2012. Den är ofiltrerad och opastöriserad vilket gör att den behåller all smak och arom från jäsning till lagring - så som man gjorde redan på 1600-talet. (Strax innan vi startade vårt eget bryggeri...)

250ml Bottle (Nynäshamns 15 år jublieum at the brewery) - Amber in colour. Malt, sultanas and dried apricot in the aroma. Malty, fruity and slightly sweet taste with notes of dried apricot, caramel, grain and sultanas. Nicely balanced. I also sampled this on draught and it tasted much the same.

Bottle at the brewery´s 15th anniversary, June 30, 2012. Slightly hazy amber with a fairly large white head. Aroma and taste of malt, caramel and some light notes of grass. Not that sweet. Easy to drink with a pleasant mouth feel.

Bottled and gravity cask at the brewery’s 15th anniversary. Lightly hazy pale amber, rich firm head. Fruity nose with mild spicy grassy hops. Deep and soft, mild and pleasant. Malt sweetness balanced by grassy salty hops, mid bitter finish. Beautifully balanced. A class act of Franconian standards.
