BIAB at The Rockstone, Southampton Pours medium gold with no head. Aroma: tangy apple, sweet apple, straw. Taste: dry, tart, sharp apple, tangy apple, pear, some minerals. Light body with low/no carbonation.

Bag in a box @ The Castle Inn, West Lulworth - The permanent Dorset Cider Festival. Clear, straw yellow body with no head. Fine, quite mild apple aroma. Flavor is medium sweet, clean apple. Quite straight forward, very refreshing, some acidity an aftertaste.

Polycask @ The Bree Louise, 69 Coburg Street, Euston, London, England NW1 2HH.Clear medium orange colour with a fizzy and open, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, red apples, riped red apples, beach ball, horse blanket notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20111230]
